Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are made to order just for you, we handle returns based on the specific situations outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, and always contact us at dubcountyproductions@gmail.com before shipping any items back.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
  • What to do: Email dubcountyproductions@gmail.com within 25 days of receiving your item.
  • What to include: Please provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue or damage.
  • Cost: You do not need to pay for return shipping for damaged or defective items.
2. Lost in Transit
If your package tracking has stopped updating or passed its estimated delivery date, it may be lost.
  • What to do: Contact us at dubcountyproductions@gmail.com no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Note: We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you, provided the shipping address you entered at checkout was 100% correct.
3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because of an error, the carrier will return it.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or customs office will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to yourself.
4. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because every item is custom-printed only when you order it, we cannot offer refunds or size exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
  • We highly recommend checking our detailed size charts on each product page before making a purchase.
  • If you absolutely need a different size, please email us at dubcountyproductions@gmail.com, and we will do our best to offer you a discounted replacement order.
How to Start a Claim
Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label without emailing us first. To start a claim, please send an email to dubcountyproductions@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line and a description of your issue.
