Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Don't Tread on Maine! Because we create custom, high-quality apparel and goods, our shipping process is broken down into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.
Please review our delivery guidelines and estimates below.
1. How Our Process Works
Every item you order is custom-made just for you through our fulfillment partner, Printful.
  • Made to Order: We do not hold bulk inventory in a warehouse.
  • Fulfillment: Once your order is placed, printing and manufacturing begin automatically.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Your total wait time is calculated by adding Fulfillment Time to Shipping Time.
  • Fulfillment Time (Printing): It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, pack, and prepare your custom items for shipment.
  • Shipping Time (Transit): Once printed, standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your door.
  • Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their orders within 5 to 11 business days from the date the order was placed.
Please note: Timelines are estimates and can extend slightly during peak holiday seasons or severe weather events.
3. Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • We offer standard ground shipping across the United States. Any available expedited shipping options will be displayed clearly during checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your order is printed, packed, and hands are changed with the shipping carrier (like USPS or FedEx), you will receive an automated email. This email will contain a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package tracking stops updating or shows "delivered" but you cannot find it:
  1. Check with neighbors or your local mail carrier first.
  2. If the package is still missing, contact us immediately at dubcountyproductions@gmail.com.
  3. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 25 days after the estimated delivery date so we can coordinate a replacement with our fulfillment partner.
6. Customs & International Shipping (If Applicable)
If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Don't Tread on Maine is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
