Our store operates on a print-on-demand model.
  • Custom Production: All products are custom-made to order through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful. Production begins only after an order is successfully placed and processed.
  • Timeline Estimates: Any production, fulfillment, or shipping times stated on our website are strictly estimates. They are not absolute guarantees.
  • Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.
Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
  • We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All content included on this site, such as designs, graphics, artwork, apparel prints, text, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Bryan Stevens / Don't Tread on Maine and is protected by international copyright laws.
